What works offline

• Opening, editing and exporting local projects.
• Cloud projects whose media is already on your computer.

What needs a connection

• Signing in for the first time.
• Downloading media for a cloud project you have not opened on this computer.
• Syncing changes to Drive.

Your licence

Kaptcho keeps a signed licence on your computer, so a short time offline is fine. It checks in again when it can. If you will be away for a long while, connect once before you go.

Catching up

When you are back online, Kaptcho sends changes to Drive in the background.
