Subscriptions and refunds
Last updated 7 October 2026Kaptcho costs $8 a month. It is sold through the Viremail Store, which handles all billing.
Buying
You subscribe on the Viremail Store at viremail.com/store/app/kaptcho. Payment is taken by the Store, not by SINC Developers. We never see your card details.
Renewal
Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. The Store takes the next payment on your renewal date.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the Viremail Store. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds
Refunds follow the Viremail Store's 14-day policy. If you change your mind within 14 days of a payment, ask for a refund through the Store. If something has gone wrong and you are unsure how to ask, email [email protected] and we will point you the right way. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
Devices
One subscription can be signed in on up to 2 computers and used on 1 at a time. You can remove a computer at any time. See the help article on devices.
Price changes
If the price changes, the Store will tell you before it affects your next payment, and you can cancel before then.
After your subscription ends
You can still open and keep your projects and media files. The app needs an active subscription to edit and export.
