What does Kaptcho cost?
$8 a month on the Viremail Store. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Which computers does it run on?
Macs (macOS 11 or later, Intel and Apple silicon), Windows 10 and 11 on 64-bit PCs, and 64-bit Linux with glibc 2.31 or later, such as Ubuntu 20.04 and newer.
Do my videos leave my computer?
No. Editing and exporting happen on your computer. Media is only uploaded if you switch on Drive for a project.
How many computers can I use?
Your subscription can be signed in on up to 2 computers. It can be in use on 1 at a time. If you open it on the second one, the first is asked to switch.
Why does my computer warn me when I open Kaptcho?
The builds are not code-signed yet. Apple and Windows developer accounts are on the way, so signing is coming soon. Until then the download page shows how to open the app in a few clicks.
Can I switch between Simple and Advanced?
Yes, whenever you like. Both workspaces edit the same project. Switching only changes which tools are on screen.
